Shipping cost is calculated by weight in your cart. All shipping prices are in US Dollars. When you place an order we will estimate dated based upon availability of your item(s) and shipment's destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 1-2 business days upon clearing payment.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping chargers) and the same form as original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receiving package.
In case following conditions are not met TechParts Canada reserves the right to charge 30% restocking fee or refuse the return.

We can only accept packages from USPS or Canada Post. Write a value of no more than $15 on the insurance section of the package
Place all item(s) for return and this filled out form in the original package it was shipped in. Ship the item(s) to the address below using either USPS or Canada Post.
Do NOT ship with any other shipping courier including, but not limited to, UPS and FedEx, DHL. Failure to do so can and will result in a refusal of the package and/or customs fees in which the buyer will be responsible for. When filling out the shipping document write no more than $10 as the insured value. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of your package.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
